• We will contact you for further information regarding payment.

For students registering for the HOSA membership:

• Fill in the form above with your event selection.

• Event descriptions can be found https://hosacanada.org/home/2023-2024-event-guidelines/ under postsecondary (do not read the secondary level guidelines, they are different).

• ​You MUST have the indicated number of team members for team events.

• Select your transportation and accommodation requirements.

• We will contact you for further information regarding payment.
